Meet Manoj Kodesia, a highly accomplished civil engineer and entrepreneur with a remarkable track record in the construction industry. He is the founder of two renowned private limited construction companies in Delhi, namely AGRIM and ATELIER.
Manoj’s journey began after completing his civil engineering degree from Delhi College of Engineering. He gained valuable experience working with Engineers India Limited before embarking on his entrepreneurial ventures. In 1985, Manoj, along with a college friend, established AGRIM, a construction company that specialized in executing office and institutional buildings in and around Delhi. With a focus on delivering quality projects, AGRIM successfully completed numerous prestigious ventures, earning a reputation for excellence.
In 2006, Manoj recognized an opportunity to expand his services and diversify into the hospitality industry. He introduced custom-made furniture sourcing and fixing from China, catering to hotel projects across India. This strategic move allowed him to offer comprehensive solutions and enhance the aesthetic appeal of hotel interiors.
Building on the success of his ventures, Manoj founded ATELIER in 2010, primarily focusing on executing interior works for hotels. With a special emphasis on guest rooms, ATELIER sourced entire fit-outs from China, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated look for hotel interiors. This approach garnered immense appreciation from clients and positioned ATELIER as a trusted name in the hospitality industry.

Guided by his father’s principles, Rahul embraced the values of excellence, integrity, and a client-centric approach. He imbibed the importance of meticulous planning, attention to detail, and delivering projects of the highest quality. Rahul’s father served as an invaluable mentor, imparting invaluable wisdom, and providing guidance that has shaped his career trajectory. Throughout his career, have successfully overseen numerous residential and commercial construction projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other industry professionals. From liaising with architects, engineers, and surveyors to planning and procuring materials, he ensures seamless project execution and adherence to timelines. Rahul’s unwavering commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation for delivering projects of uncompromising quality.
With a solid educational background, including an MSc in Economics and Finance from Warwick Business School, Rahul brings a unique blend of financial acumen and industry knowledge to the table. He combines his analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
